About Me

I am a mom of 3 wonderful children and am married to the man of my dreams.  For as far back as I can remember, I have always loved being creative.  I come from a family that is also creative.  Growing up, my mom taught ceramics classes which taught me a love for clay.  My paternal grandmother was an avid sewer, knitter, and crocheter and passed these skills on to me.  As I became a teenager, I stopped being creative.  It wasn't until I graduated from undergrad, and I heard some co-workers talking, that my love for creating was re-ignited.  After that, I started to teach myself many crafts using different creative media.  I also took different classes to help expand my knowledge.

At this point, I love any and all creative media and love to learn more about the different creative media out there.  My background is in Social Work, and as much as I love being a social worker, I long to have a career in a more creative field, or utilize my love of creativity in my social work career.

I hope to be able to share the different adventures I have in creating different crafts!
